Position Summary: 

The client company is a global medical products and services company with expertise in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.  The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing delivery systems products marketing.  Included in the duties are management of installed base and development of new products. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term roadmap for delivery systems products and marketing requirements for those products.
  • Manage current installed base leading all commercial aspects of a cross-functional team of R&D, Manufacturing and commercial teams.
  • Develop business case, positioning, pricing and messaging for all future delivery systems products.
  • Assist in the integration and transfer of business development projects into the company’s business portfolio.
  • Lead the consistent communication of messages across portfolios.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing is strongly preferred

Position Requirements:

  • Five to eight years experience in marketing
  • Health care or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs.
  • Solid understanding of the assessment of competitive intelligence data.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication plans and messaging and branding campaigns. 
  • Skills in the areas of pricing, reimbursement, and creative product and program development
  • Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen
  • Track record in leading projects to successful completion
  • Proven track record in successfully launching new products and managing projects
