Paula Rutledge is the Founder and President of Legacy MedSearch. Following graduation from Stetson University, she went to work for Johnson & Johnson Medical and has been in the medical device industry for over twenty-five years for leading companies: Synthes, Spine-Tech (now Zimmer Spine), and GE Healthcare before founding Legacy MedSearch in 2004. Randy Blankenship graduated from LSU with his BS in management and finance. He has 20 years experience in sales management and executive P&L working for medical device companies such as American Hospital Supply, Baxter Healthcare, and Spine-Tech (now Zimmer Spine.) Randy spent 15 years as an independent distributor for home medical equipment, orthopedic and spinal implants, and biologics.
Engineering
Steven Rodriguez joined Legacy MedSearch with 17 years of Recruiting and HR background and skills in organizational development, outplacement assistance, and training. Steven heads the medical device engineering branch of Legacy MedSearch where he has hired individuals from skill sets that span aerospace and defense manufacturing, computer simulation, telecom, and various other disciplines. Steven is a certified instructor in DDI Targeted Selection Behavioral Interviewing.
Quality, Regulatory and Clinical Affairs
Joy Bridges a veteran of the United States Air Force, graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1996 with her MA in Human Resource Development. She has 14 years of experience in HR and Recruitment and has recruited for Fortune 100 companies including Washington Mutual, Merrill Lynch, and State Street in Boston. Joy has 6 years of medical recruiting experience in areas such as medical device and nursing.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida and enjoyed a successful career as a commercial real estate broker before embarking on his recruiting career placing field sales representatives nationwide as well as in Latin America and the Middle East
